Shipping
- Free shipping on all US orders.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days.
- Delivery time: typically 7–14 business days after your order ships.
- Tracking: we email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally run longer during holidays or carrier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipping, email us and we'll look into it.
Returns & Refunds
- 30 days: request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Unused items: must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
- Damaged or defective: send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you, free of charge.
- Contact us first: email andrewbarrus2@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll reply within 1 business day with next steps.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
