30-Day Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

1. Email us at andrewbarrus2@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. We'll reply within 1 business day with next steps and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without instructions may not be processed.

Eligibility

- Unused items: must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. The customer pays return shipping on change-of-mind returns.

- Defective or damaged items: if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, or approve your defect claim, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping was free, so there are no shipping charges to refund.
